Before you start

Agent
A configured conversational assistant: instruction, model, channels, tools and versions.
Model connection
A provider + model id + key mode, tenant-scoped.
Channel account
A connected external identity (web widget, Telegram bot, Bird, Meta).
MCP server
An external tool server whose tools are composed as server + tool.
Revision
A saved version of an agent’s configuration.
Handoff
Taking over a conversation from the agent and giving it back.
BYOK
Bring your own key: the workspace uses its own provider key instead of the platform key.
