Getting started
Create an agent, pick a model, connect a channel, test it, then talk to it — the five-step path inside one workspace.
Before you start
- A workspace account with an OWNER or ADMIN role.
- A model provider key, or the platform key enabled for the workspace.
Steps
Create the agent
Open Agents, then create: give a name and a business instruction. The draft is saved even without credentials.
Choose the model
In the agent, open the Model tab and attach a model connection. The effective model and key mode are shown explicitly.
Connect a channel
Add a web widget or a Telegram bot. External activation only applies once the real prerequisites are met.
Test
Use the test panel: one short run, capped, with the same model and tools as production.
Talk to it
Start a conversation from the Test tab or from the connected channel and check the first answer.
Expected result
The first answer is produced in the same workspace, with no shell command.
Errors and solutions
No model available
Attach a model connection first, or enable the platform key for the workspace.
Test refused
Check the workspace quota; a refused key gives an actionable error, never a silent fallback.
Screens
/start — Five-step guide with the real state of each step.Reference of the console screen to capture (redacted) during the browser recipe (XP14). No fabricated image is shown.
Limits and dependencies
External channels (Telegram, Bird, Meta) may be blocked until provider credentials exist; the web widget and the test panel keep working.
